Viruses
We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

Applicable law
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Cancellation and returns policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods. Please notify us by emailing with your order number and details.
We will refund the original payment and any associated delivery charge. We do not refund any returns delivery charges on unwanted items. Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment to prevent money laundering.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item is faulty or damaged we will refund the returns postage for a replacement or full refund. Refunds may take up to 7 – 10 days upon receipt of the item to be processed.
